Fischer Söhne has around one hundred employees. We employ up to eight apprentices in technical, commercial and skilled trades.
We have well-equipped, modern workplaces, including three clean rooms for demanding customer projects. Employees benefit from flexible working conditions and an inspiring work culture based on mutual respect. Where possible and appropriate, we also offer part-time and home office working.

We are an apprenticeship training company
Apprenticeships have been an integral part of our company for many years. Competent trainers and an innovative work environment lay the foundation for training with numerous career opportunities. We particularly focus on promoting professional, individual and social development.
It is also a matter of personal concern to us to train good specialists and to offer perspectives in our own company. We are especially pleased when our trainees stay with us after completing their apprenticeship. Because we will never find such good employees again.
