We manufacture individual components and fully assembled equipment. With injection molding machines of up to 500 tons clamping force. Whether made of standard plastic or high-quality engineering thermoplastic, whether according to GMP Class C, ISO 7 or ISO 8: we meet all cleanroom requirements as needed at any time and are of course also certified according to ISO 13485.
In the GMP Class ISO7/GMP C cleanroom, for example, we manufacture tubs and nests for packaging medical syringes. With single and double injection molds, with robotic systems, and with automated packaging and labeling. Our spectrum for the production of plunger rods for medical syringes ranges from 0.5 to 50 milliliters. Thanks to high clamping force, particularly efficient solutions with multi-cavity molds are also possible.
We are one of the few suppliers in the pharmaceutical packaging market to have several injection molding machines with a clamping force of 500 tons in a clean room. This has the advantage that we are able to develop, design and finally manufacture even larger packaging solutions together with you.
